My “doing” it was going just fine until my worst lunchtime nightmare came to fruition. Well, sort of. It started after only a few minutes of the aforementioned idle conversation among the guys. It was when our waitress came over to our table and gave all of us a hearty welcome as she was handing out the menus. Upon us responding with a collective and friendly “Hi” back at her, she then asked, “Gentlemen, may I start you with some drinks?”
